Privacy

How Arrivvo! handles information about hosts and guests.

What we collect

For hosts: your email address and the events, guests and team members you add. For guests: the name, email, organisation and notes the host entered, the requests and messages you send, and your location if you choose to share it.

Location

Location is collected only after a guest agrees on their own page. It is used only during the tracking window the host sets around the event. Depending on the event setting, we either keep the last known position or only the guest's arrival status. Guests can stop sharing and erase their location at any time from the Privacy tab.

Phone numbers and calls

Phone numbers, when a host stores them, are visible only to event owners and admins. They are never shown to guests and never used in calls. Calls run through the browser over the internet, so no number is exchanged. Audio is not recorded or stored.

AI assisted writing and answers

Hosts can ask an AI service to draft guest emails. Guest names and event details are filled into the wording only when an email is sent, and nothing is sent until a host approves the wording. If the guide cannot answer a guest's question from its built in knowledge, the question text and the event's public details (name, venue, schedule, helpline) may be sent to an AI service to produce an answer. Guest locations, phone numbers and messages are never sent to it.

How long we keep data

The host chooses a retention period for each event. After it passes, location data and chat messages are removed. Guests can ask to have their whole record deleted from their own page.

Who can see what

Only members of an event's team can see its guests, requests and messages. Guests see only their own page. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Contact

Questions or requests about your data can be sent to the host of your event, or to the address published by the operator of this service.
